• Missed classes or absences do not qualify for refunds or credits unless approved in advance.

3. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any class, open mat, or event at Pacific Top Team Chilliwack, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with martial arts training.
You agree to release Pacific Top Team Chilliwack, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during training or while on premises.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to engage in physical activity.

4. Class Conduct & Etiquette

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment.
All members and guests are expected to:

• Follow instructor guidance and gym rules.

• Maintain proper hygiene and wear clean attire.

• Show respect toward all coaches, teammates, and staff.

• Refrain from any behavior that is unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.
